Experience a family friendly whitewater guided rafting adventure on the scenic Deschutes River. Your full day rafting adventure includes a guide, a raft for up to 8 people starting at $650.00*.
You book the raft and bring the guests (up to 8 people) and we will provide a friendly guide, some lunch, the shuttle (up to two cars) and some fun!

This is not your typical half-day-hurry-down-the-river Deschutes rafting experience. We offer a full day of adventure, including a raft meeting in the board room and a short stay in the champange room. We’ll take a lunch break at Maupin City Park. Enjoy an afternoon hike up the White River for fun on the White River Chutes, followed by swimming the elevators rapids. We look forward to spending the day with you!
Details & Itinerary
Your morning will start out on the banks of Harpham Flats on the river access road south out of Maupin.
The Deschutes River hosts a series of class 3 rapids through Maupin. We will enjoy lunch at Maupin City Park. End the day in the sand at Sandy Beach North of Maupin.

What You Should Bring
Remember to bring sunblock, sun hat, a personal water bottle, any medications (prescription, epi-pen or over-the-counter) you may need.
We will launch rain, shine or wind.
Rafting is a sport and is enjoyable in all weather. We will provide splash jackets, wet suits for cooler weather.
Do I have to sign the waiver? Yes, each person going on the trip must sign the waiver. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by an adult and that person must sign a waiver on your behalf.
What if I have food restrictions or allergies? We offer a range of food options, but please let us know before your trip so that we can accommodate your needs.
What is the age limit? The Deschutes River is a family friendly river, the day trips are for 4 years old and up, while the overnight trips are for 12 years old and up.
Do I have to wear a life jacket? Yes. There are no exceptions for this.
Do I have to wear a helmet? Helmets are required for all kayakers and will be available to boaters. We recommend all children wear a helmet.
What if I want to stop half-way through the trip? Our full day trips are from Harphum Flats to Sandy Beach, we do stop at Maupin City Park, however your vehicle has will be waiting for you at Sandy Beach. Our overnight trips begin at the boat ramp in Warm Springs and end 3 days later at Sandy Beach, there are stops throughout this trip but your vehicle will be waiting for you at Sandy Beach.
Our #1 concern is your safety. All guides are First Aid & CPR certified at a minimum. Some are also Wilderness CPR Certified. We carry a massive first aid kit packed with all the necessary supplies just in case. We also have helments and wetsuits to help keep you warm because being cold just isn’t any fun. In case of an emergency we carry a satellite communicator capable of sending and recieving text messages while we’re out of cell service, which is most of the trip!

We have worked out a cost savings with Linda’s Shuttle. If you carpool with 3 or more guests on your trip we will cover the cost of your shuttle (up to two cars)
